A commercial property, Della Noble Tech Park is an IT Park cum showroom. Planned as a seven floor-structure, it will hold the showroom on the ground floor while the rest of the structure will be a large office area. The entrance canopy will be in glass and each floor will have a separate cafeteria. One of the key features of the tech park will be the structural glazing for a corporate look. The landscaping and provision for outdoor games will compliment the formal environment.
