A conservative office need not be boring - we proved this with Croda. Simple yet elegant, Croda has been designed keeping in sync with the norms of a chemical R&D set-up and the client's expansion plans. The use of glass has been kept to minimum due to proximity to chemicals. Sources of natural light too are located at the opposite end of the lab. The built-up area is limited to only half the plot-size, thus making space for extensive landscaping. The grand canopy at the entrance followed by the massive 1000 sq ft entrance lobby defines the interiors of the building.
