Pune It's common for the client to expect the world from
the designers. What's uncommon is that we manage to fulfill their expectations.
The key issue in this project was the small plot-size, given the client requirements
of a showroom at the ground floor, five floors of commercial office space and
his personal office at the top floor. Not only have we fulfilled all requirements,
keeping well within the construction norms, but have also provided the client
with all possible services, including parking, service lifts and electrical and
generator rooms. The optimum use of space in this project has no wonder won us
a repeat client. The basement has a parking and services area. The ground
floor has a shop and lobby area for the offices. The top floor will be occupied
by owners - their office will have an attached terrace. Amenities
One goods lift and one passenger lift for 5 persons. D.G. for power backup
