This project marked the beginning of our specialization in R&D set-ups and is therefore close to our heart. The challenge was actually not the technicality but the fact that we had to completely turn around the way the place looked. The project therefore became our baby and we pampered it indeed. The building was extremely old and was in desperate need of a face-lift. Apart from water-proofing, texturing and re-glazing the exterior, we did their landscape entirely. Their warehouse deserves a mention - with state-of-the-art equipment and a corporate office-feel, the warehouse defies the norms.
