The concept of Sahara Shaher is well realized in the open relationship with the surrounding environment, citizens and in the connection with the city's spatial structure. The two blocks are in shape of an apple split into two, called the Monovular twin type. The building is sleek, beautiful geometry in the form of raised masses with sensitive water elements and landscaping. The client needed a building with a variety of different spaces suitable both for teamwork and individual work; spaces where people can conveniently communicate, thus strengthening the feeling of 'belonging together'.
