Scope of Work: Landscape, Architecture & Design

Total Area: 3.50 acres + 2.4km Jogging Track

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Project Brief

• Race course area sprawled across 215 acres.

• Jogging trail having 2.40km length to be developed along the racing track.

• The proposed garden, having area 3.50 acres has viewing pavilion opposite.

• Proposed garden to have innovative landscape elements which shall be visually appealing to spectators enjoying n the pavilion as well as from garden level.

• Selection of trees, shrubs & plants shall be in the consideration of topgraphy, microclimate suitable for plants, a well-designed connection to water, and soil.

• Jogging trail to be surrounded with colourful hedges bordering the track. Seating arrangement in the form of benches at intervals along the jogging track for relaxation.
