Total Area: 3.50 acres + 2.4km Jogging Track

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Project Brief

	Race course area sprawled across 215 acres.
	Jogging trail having 2.40km length to be developed along the racing track.
	The proposed garden, having area 3.50 acres has viewing pavilion opposite.
	Proposed garden to have innovative landscape elements which shall be visually appealing to spectators enjoying n the pavilion as well as from garden level.
	Selection of trees, shrubs & plants shall be in the consideration of topgraphy, microclimate suitable for plants, a well-designed connection to water, and soil.
	Jogging trail to be surrounded with colourful hedges bordering the track. Seating arrangement in the form of benches at intervals along the jogging track for relaxation.
