For our design team the challenge was to extend those perceptions to every point of contact with its customers through its retail outlets, and to weave the brand through the marketing strategy, its core products, its customer service and to create a holistic brand 'Bajaj' experience for the consumer.

The Bajaj Pro-biking outlets were conceptualized using space as a medium of communicating the brand and targeted to the customers who are passionate about the 'dream machines', and for whom speed is a way of life. The retail environment designed by us has become a living manifestation of the 'Bajaj' brand strength.

Our designers created the ambience that choreographed a deeper, more resonant experience of the brand, where the customer gets completely immersed in the dynamic displays and interactive environment of taking reality ride on the dream machines, feeling the power at its peak.

Our design team helped in taking the retail business to the next level by successfully communicating the core ideology of the 'Bajaj' brand into the perfect physical surroundings, creating enriched customer satisfaction.
